Components Exchange Online is a privately-held company situated in Hong Kong.  It was founded in 2001 as a Business-to-Business (B2B) electronic marketplace (e-Marketplace), to serve the supply chain management (SCM) professionals who faced the dual challenges of excess inventories on cancelled orders and materials shortages for unforecasted demands.

Our mission is to create and operate a B2B e-Marketplace that enables companies to trade inventory with each other, without disrupting existing sales channels.

Components Exchange Online acts as a trusted third party, providing an anonymous and secure e-Marketplace on the World Wide Web, where members can buy and sell their electronic inventory with each other.  In this connection, Components Exchange Online guarantees that buyers receive new parts and sellers receive full payment.
